I’ve been there. With 25 years experience developing leaders and teams in global corporations, I understand the challenges leaders confront on a daily basis.
I see you. I was the successful leader struggling in silence under the weight of meeting other people’s definition of success. Chasing ever bigger roles to feed my sense of self worth, at the expense of being truly present with my family. Trapped by the weight of a large mortgage, and anxious about losing my job, I endlessly wished for retirement.

What is coaching?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines Coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Through active listening, presence and the use of impactful questions, the process of coaching can open the door to untapped potential, imagination, and resourcefulness.
What should I look for in a coach?
Because it is such a personal relationship, you should check that first and foremost that there is a good personal fit and that the coach is appropriately qualified as a coach, ideally certified with the International Coaching Federation.
Your coach should provide you with a coaching agreement which lays out their approach to confidentiality and other key terms of your agreement such as payment terms. I would always recommend also doing some research looking for testimonials, referrals and also assessing more than one coach so you select the coach that is best for you!
Finally, a good coach will have a coach themselves to make sure that they can stand in there shoes that they are inviting you to. If they do not have one, ask the reason why.
How much time do I need to put in to see results?
This all depends on you. The more time and energy you put into achieving your goals the faster you will see results. Coaching is not a quick fix and you have to be prepared to do the work. As your coach I am committed to helping you move the challenges in your way and remain motivated and energised throughout, and beyond our coaching partnership.
In the Springboard Program the recommended minimum time investment is = 2-3 hours per week including 3 hours per month with me and a minimum 6 hours per month on self reflection and roadmap / habit creation.
